School events bring learning to life and help shape our school culture. They help students build confidence, connect with others and celebrate their progress. Events also give families a chance to be involved in school life and share in their child’s achievements.

Book Week

Book Week is a special time at our school where we celebrate a love of reading. Students take part in fun activities throughout the week.

Kindness Pledge and Welcome BBQ

Annually we hold a Kindness Pledge Ceremony. Students and Staff all make a pledge to choose kind, own their part, and develop a sense of belonging at WWPS.

That evening a welcome BBQ is held at our school for parents and carers to join in on the pledge, meet their child's teacher, see their classroom and celebrate together as a whole school community. Always a great night not to be missed.

Harmony Day

Harmony Day is celebrated at WWPS! Stage groups participated in a range of activities throughout the day. From dancing, cooking/food sampling, Kahoots and so much more. We love the inclusion of all our flags and the countries our school community is from represented on our front fence display to celebrate this important day.
